Valento provides nail care services including classic and machine manicure, pedicure, gel nail extensions, gel polish application, nail art, natural nail strengthening, and polish removal. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with applicable health and safety standards.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

2.1 Booking

Appointments may be scheduled by contacting us directly. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for weekends or special occasions.

2.2 Cancellations

We request that clients provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

2.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients, and the full service price may still apply.

2.4 No-Shows

Repeated failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice may result in a requirement to provide a deposit for future bookings.

We maintain strict hygiene protocols and use sterilized or single-use tools as appropriate. Our salon complies with all applicable health regulations.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises. Valento is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

5.2 Conduct

We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully toward our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner.

6. Results and Satisfaction

6.1 Expectations

Our professionals will discuss your preferences and provide recommendations before beginning any service. We strive to meet your expectations, but individual results may vary based on natural nail condition and other factors.
